80% Deposit will be required, balance payable within 7 days of date of invoice

Call out fees applicable, whether or not warranty

1We hereby reserve the right to retain possession of the property/goods until account has been paid up in full
2Any contract not paid to complete next phase will be cancelled
3All data is private and confidential including but not limited to our supplier details, etc. All supplier invoices are for internal use only and cant be shared to the public and remains the property of R&R Services/Kowie Pump & Filtration.
4Non Disclosure of all our trade dealings, including but not limited to our suppliers as well as costings etc, all remain and is proprietary business information this invoice included
5It is not authorized to share this invoice with any third party, without our explicit written consent
6The customer is responsible for ensuring the confidentiality of this invoice and any related information
7We are not hereby not liable for any damages arising from the customer's unauthorized disclosure of this invoice
8We are not responsible for any consequences resulting from the customer's breach of confidentiality
9We hereby reserves the right to amend the terms and conditions of this invoice, including the confidentiality provisions, with reasonable notice
10Supplier information will only be disclosed when we are unable to attend to a warranty repair
11Warranty as per our suppliers terms and conditions - PLEASE ASK if you are not sure about the warranty on items
12All above is to protect legitimate business interests and intellectual business property
13This is subject to supplier T&C's and stock availability when ordering goods

***OTHER***
All the above plus
All other work/repairs/installation are subject to the following:
-Retention will be claimed ON items not fully paid for within our said payment terms (7 days)
-Accommodation and traveling expenses will be for the customers account
-Additional needed to complete any work and not quoted for will be for the customers account
-R & R Services/Kowie Pump & Filtration accepts no liability for any losses, damages, injuries etc that may incur, either by the company or its employees or the owner

***GENERAL**
All the above plus
There is a call-out fee to be charged every time we have to go out to the client, even if the product is new
Acceptance on proof of payment of deposit which is 80% of the quote, no long term contract will be done without a proper contract signed by the client
Customer will be held liable for costs incurred for the transportation of TLB from and to base
***WARRANTY***
All the above plus
As per our suppliers terms and conditions relating to warranty
NO WARRANTY WILL BE GRANTED ON EQUIPMENT SUPPLIED BY CUSTOMER, nor installed, repaired replaced by the customer or any other person
NO WARRANTY WILL BE GRANTED ON EQUIPMENT SUPPLIED BY US when the customer installed, repaired replaced by the customer or any other person
***DRILLS***
All the above plus
Subject to depth, yield, water quality test & site inspection
Prices subject to change without notice
Quote excludes lifting of paving and cleaning of rubble and any surcharges
All quotes are only valid for 7 days and subject to change
Filtration subject to water test results
